Eagle Hunter

Hi I’ve just started collecting retro cycles and I’ve just come across a Eagle Cycles Hunter 10 Speed. Can someone tell me if it’s a 1970’s cycle and was the manufacture Eagle Cycles American and was just essembled in the UK or was they a uk manufacturer ? Any info would be much appreciated..

do not know if this issues from the same source but there was a marque called Eagle Cycles Deluxe which was sold in American department stores in the late sixties and early seventies

products manufactured in Japan

Ty for your response, I have seen the Deluxe model which is very similar to the Hunter, but I just can’t find any info on the Hunter I.e year they release them etc.

readers might be able to comment with information on the bicycle if you were able to post some images of it

marque likely to be one created by an importer/distributor or chain store

serial placement and format should provide a strong clue as to actual manufacturer, in case t'is of interest...
