I wonder when one of these will turn up in 1" (I'm presuming they did a 1" version )

They did.
I have kept a spare for my RC100. Though I can't see me ever needing it.

Quite heavy, say 400 grams, Reynolds 531 tubing, 198mm long. Pictured with my RC100.

You need a modified headset to run it.
If that fits the bill make me an offer.

looks like you could use a standard aheadset with a use ringo star? kind of defeats the retro objective tho i guess.

I've got one in the spares box as well - 1inch but quite short length - so no good for my 18'' frame...
