I've got a very tidy 1 1/8" XTR headset and fancy that Hope BB for my Orange Vit-T2. How easy are they to fit and align?

Dunno to be honest Paul, you need a special 6 pin tool, either Hope (not from them anymore) or I think a Campag one fits.
You see quite a few with 'torn' pin holes where someone has removed the cups with a screwdriver and hammer....not a good idea.
I took the frame to my LBS to have the BB removed.

I'll see if anyone I know has a tool and I'll get back to you. Have a think about what sort of deal you'd want if I sent you my XTR headset (I've also got a Kona Impact if you fancy that instead).
