I do, but I don't have a tool to fit the Royce

Dont need a special tool.

Pin spanner with a big socket/pedal spanner and a crank bolt snugged up to it. By pedal spanner I mean one of those with the extra 8mm nut hole behind the main jaws. Basically you can use anything that will stop the pin spanner slipping. If the shaft is fully hollow then a spare QR with a washer behind it also works.

(Full disclosure I scraped many a Hope cup before I learnt about this method, but have never fitted this BB so any marks are not mine )
