Today I 'won' some Pace RC36 Pro Class II forks on eBay - have yet to see them, so not sure how much of a victory it is
They look pretty good aside from a bit of rust on the bolts that hold the brace(s) on, a bit of superficial damage to decals on the legs and some scuffing to the dropouts.
The seller has said they need a service, which is probably a given for any second hand fork.
Sooo, my questions are:
a: Where can I get replacement bolts - preferably in Ti?
b: Where can I send them to be serviced and/or refurbished internally?
c: What's the best course of action for refurbishing/respraying the dropouts?
I'm not overly keen to take these apart just because I know it won't get done if left to me - I don't mind sending them off for servicing etc; though I can probably stretch to replacing bolts myself
Any advice appreciated!
