 Glad to hear you're not too bad mate.

Agree on that. Plus could have been worse. Could have broken both arms

Hope the injury compensation pays out well :D You have contacted a legal person??

Called my solicitors and instructed them from casualty. His insurers have already admitted liability.

:D Good man. I've never broken a bone. Which has cost me £££ in pay out as less compensation. Think of this the pain will be worth it in ££££ 8)

Hope the Police are going to take him to court with a fine and points on his license

I've broken left and right arms in motorbike accidents, the money is great but to be honest I'd rather have paid out for it not to happen. likewise today, the grief that goes along with it just isn't worth it. Luckily my arm's not broken just in a splint for a while.

Luckily I get free legal cover from my bike club.

i got hit by a car 10yrs ago, new cannondale wrecked, split head and various lumps and bumps meant i got about £3,000 compensation......

but i was more worried about my bike!

hope you get sorted bud, scares the life out of you when it happens.

a guy local to me got hit by a lorry on friday, sadly he died at the scene
