Original Stan Pike cycle for sale.

Retro Newbie
Stamped under the pedal crank is 'SP1712' and the name 'Raymond Cawthorne' - I presume the original owner. This cycle has been in the shed for years and needs a 'good' cleaning as well as a lot of 'light rust' treatment and obviously the chain, cables and inner-tubes would need replacing. The seat and handle-bar posts both move up and down freely when undone and the wheels seem to be 'true' as well. I have absolutely no idea what the bike is 'worth' although I do know these bikes are sought after and some of the frames alone can bring several hundreds of pounds (?) I would therefor say initially that I would consider offers over £150 on a collection only basis. However, if anyone can shed light on a more 'realistic' price based on personal knowledge I would be happy to revise my thoughts on it and put the price up or down as necessary - please be honest - Thanks.
Also if someone could instruct me on how to add a photo, I've got several photo's available.
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset.

You need to resize it: open the file in a photo editor, resize it to sometihng like 800x600, resave under a new name then upload.

Re:

Thanks for the photos. Needs more work than I'm qualified to give! Bit big for me too. Sure someone will do this justice.
