Orange Prestige 1993

Have been on the look out for an Orange of this year for a while as a very close friend of mine had one BITD, who sadly passed away far too early in his young life.

Not quite complete as still waiting for a few parts for the brakes, however this is my 93 Orange Prestige.

Purchased from GT Steve, it was reasonably tidy although needed new decals and a bit of TLC!!

I was in two minds as to getting it repainted as it is not perfect, however decided that with a nice choice of parts and a bit of a clean and polish the patina added to the finished article.

The build is mainly XT 73 series, with some 3DV thrown in for good measure.

Looking forward to getting this one out for a thrashing as soon as it is complete and plan to ride it at Mountain Mayhem this year

Cracking looking bike - right decision not to paint it - liking the 3dv too!

These bikes ride really well too - I like your forks.

(needs some decent brake levers though )
