Bit of a change. Now fitted with rigid forks from a Surly Troll & Salsa EXP Anything cages & drybags. Also fitted Jones H-Loop bars & Terra One Rider T1 tyres.

Nice build! I'm planning on converting my 1999 P7 to a gravel bike and I was just wondering how wide are your tires. Also are they 27.5?

I'm running 26" 2.1" tyres. 2.2 is max I can run on back. The T1's have been moved to another bike.

First time poster on this forum.

I’ve just picked up an Orange 2002 P7 - I believe It’s Reynolds 631 cromoly nickel finish / Hope brakes ,Hope headset,Hope seat post clamp, XTR mech. I imagine it was a custom build. The guy bought in 2002, ride until 2006. And it’s been in storage ever since. Looks clean, not got my hands on it yet.

Paid very very good price, or at least I was happy, was a steal on eBay. Not collected yet.

Anyone know where I can find more details or a dealership manual? Advice on tidy up.

Thinking adding some ‘Panaracer Dart/Smoke’ reissue tires.
