Orange Clockwork conversion to singlespeed

In 1995, they never made a Clockwork. Throw up some pics ?
It could be a C16 ? (C16-R I think that year ?)
F7's would be the standard fork on that bike that year.

Definately a Clockwork -I removed the shabby decals yesterday.

The decals were the modern looking squarish design. Think it's a '94 then.

93/94, post pics and post the serial if you want it dated to a year.

I only have these pictures to hand. The serial no. is A4040186 If anyone would like to put a date to it.
I was 15 when I got it new, so pretty sure its '94.

If you're converting it to SS, and getting it resprayed, then why not get the dropouts converted at the same time? Here's my C-16R with horizontal SS dropouts. It was converted and resprayed by Argos Cycles (and it's for sale ;))

I wasn't aware I could do that, sounds like it could be expensive though...I look into it thanks!

I don't think that it was overly expensive (obviously more expensive than sticking a chain tensioner on your existing frame!). The guy who I originally bought the bike from had it done.

Looks like the same Clockwork frame as my current Singlespeed hack to work bike. Mines a '94.

Convert it to a singlespeed, and this is what yours will look like ! It's not the best pic to be honest. But I do love this thing... apart from when it dumped me on the ground this morning on the way to work.

Yep, that's the one. Same decals as I had.

Thanks for sharing, think i'll stick with the chain tensioner method that way once its done its time as a city commuter I can still restore it to its former glory!
