Carerra Quatro - Reynolds 531 Magnum tubing, built by Saracen and came with full XT as standard. They go for buttons as the Carerra name puts folks off. There's a link to mine in my sig somewhere
 
I think a year or so ago there was a thread on here that listed all the estay bikes everyone could think of and there were over 25 different makes at least! I like my Funk, but there are so many variations of estays from the early 90's when they were popular. I think Neil (Mr. Kawasaki) has the largest collection of estay bikes among us RetroBikers-check his collection out.
 
A friend of mine had a Haro Extreme e-stay that was pretty cool. I think it was a steel frame and had a straight fork.
 
Overburys built an e-stay bike. It is very rare and if you found one Mr K would kill you in cold blood whilst you sleep.
