20" seatpost, 18.5"/18.75" stays, 23" top tube

20" is not that big at all for a 28er. And if you have the chain a bit elongated, you just set the rear wheel a bit more back

Well, that was a bit of a side track, I'll remember not to step away for so long. Seems my shed has become a bike bed and breakfast. Be warned, it's crowded out there, might have to share the space with an angry raccoon, and the coyotes get pretty noisy outside the door come January...

Great fun lads, but kinda messy thread now. Time to clean it up, if possible.

I've got a set of 26" Arayas, a 3 speed Sturmey Archer hub, and a killer stem. That's all for now

I finally have the wheels on hand. Seems I've been misled regarding the hub, it's a single speed F&S. The rims have a lovely profile, very fond of them.
The hubs will need some cleanup, the rear feels pretty gummy, but I doubt I'll do much to the hoops

About the cranks, they're pretty crusty and it looks rad, don't know if it's crusty enough to have messed with the structural integrity of them. If you're not going to be jumping the bike I doubt they'll bend or snap anytime soon. You're not a big fella weight wise either are ye?
