Yes looks used to me too.
But it’s a rare one - I remember I searched for one for years with wanted ad here.
Never any luck.

To be fair the description states not ridden, doesn't say anything about being built.
Possibly a '97-99 custom rather than a '96? (Can't make out a frame number).
