non paying bidders on ebay - return of negative feedback?

I'm fed up of ebay - not only are the fees outrageous, the paypal protection for buyers a joke, but you cannot even leave negative feedback when some
(insert your own insult) "buyer" doesn't pay wasting the buyers time. If you only buy stuff off ebay you can end up with 100% feedback even if you are a complete (insert your own insult).

Of course ebay will do nothing about this situation.........................
