I broke and dislocated mine 18 months ago (right index finger - unfortunately the one you use the most :roll: ) - couldn't close it for months then had to have a steroid injection which has made things better but not perfect. Still aches even now

God damn !!! Not the kind of news i was hoping for but hey ho.... Im a fighter

let's face it though - your break is on your least useful finger (assuming you're right handed)

Gutted for you man , i was very lucky i did'nt break my hand/wrist last month at Kiroughtree, landed with my hand curled instead of spread out, swelled up like a balloon :shock: , got movement back but still cant put full weight on it.

Broke my thumb about 2 years ago, 8 weeks in a flouro pink cast ... very retro colour ... then another 5 weeks before I could work as a self employed gardener again ... you've got my deepest sympathy!!
