Newbie seeking Ti help identification

Hello folks new here so I hope this is in right place?

Any ideas as to manufacturer please??

Its titanium and has oval tubing. The welding look very tidy.

It has a small stud on the inside of the chain side seat stem. The seller told me this was to place the chain on to assist in a quick wheel change.

He suggested that it was a very early Litespeed

The serial number is clearly seen "1900"

To the mods, Im trying to attach images, I go to the folder and it performs an upload but nothing appears, any ideas?

You can't attach files, you need to put them on a host site, for example photobucket, and then paste the img file title here for the images to appear.

Is it a vortex form the 90's?

Trying to guess before seeing the photos is probably not the best way to help you

Your photos are too large and they will not upload. Re size them to 150k jpegs and that should do the trick, you can attach them to your post from your computer without having an online folder like photo bucket by using the attach file button in the full editor.
