Newbie rim question

Can anyone help I have a pair of Rigida cyber 10 rims fitted with disc hubs but I am not sure if they can be used with V brakes as there is nothing on them to say either way see pictures attached

It looks like rigida closed last year and they have no website anymore

that sticker has 'safety line' written on it - this would suggest to me that they are for use with V's.
Weinmann rims have the same (at least mine do anyway)

They also have pretty clear flat braking surfaces. I think they look fine for rim braking.
