I've been clearing out the shed and found this pair of wheels that I don't have much use or space for right now.
They're both running on parallax hubs, front rim is Ritchey Rock Comp & rear is Bontrager something or other. The rear rim feels pretty worn to me, and the front also has noticeable wear. I was running them on my 1997 Hawk Hill before converting it to disc brakes and they were running fine then. I'm not sure I'd run the rear wheel on a bike that was going to see heavy use as the rim doesn't seem to have much life left in it to me, but I'm sure it'd be fine for occasional/light use.
I've also got another front wheel - Quando (I think) hub and Weinmann Explorer rim - this one has next to no wear on the rim and the bearings feel good too. Again, I've not got much use/space for it right now.
I'd be happy to do the lot for a tenner to someone on here who can make good use of them (please take them someone and save me the pain of having to engage with FB marketplace...).
£10 collected for all three wheels from South Bristol - drop me a line to arrange if anyone's interested. I'm afraid posting them is way too much faff!
