Without this tourists video the outcome of the trail would be very different (and similar cases in the UK with the G8 protests). Makes you think why they are now using anti terror legislation to stop you filming the police.

Quite scary,as you say, if the video footage hadn't made it to youtube then the chap on the bike would no doubt of been facing fairly serious time for assault on a police officer. And as a confessed habitual weed smoker, who on the journey would of believed his side of the story.
