NEW TI RALEIGH 753 40TH TDF ANNIVERSARY MODEL v.2

Peachy wants a gun to cope with this thread, which I find a bit drastic. I'm thinking more on the lines of Valium and Amaretto.

Surely there must be a Raleigh fanboy who is also a Blue Peter ambassador owning tracing paper and double sided sticky tape?

I’ve put the gun away and reached for the single malt..Merry Christmas you Raleigh decal nut-bars! :xmas-big-grin:

Could you not have straightened the glass to align with the vertical of the fireplace? :D

I can somehow hear David Attenboroughs voice saying
'with a lack of Raleigh decals to occupy their tiny minds, the natives slowly start turning on each other'
and so it begins .........

Telly's a bit small for a guy that used work in the film industry!

I hate to drag you all so far off topic, but I have got another picture of a repro Raleigh seat tube transfer...

Re:

Found an old pic of Mick Brown, a local pro from the 60s, showing how it was done then.

The slide this is from hasn’t fared well, hence the discolouration.

Like a moth drawn to a light bulb.....I can't resist this thread simply because.

So, it's Xmas, and the subject here is the "NEW TI RALEIGH 753 40TH TDF ANNIVERSARY MODEL" according to the OP,
who incidentally has been rather silent of late, assumingly adopting is own thread coping strategies behind the scenes

I put it to you, if money is no object would you offer the "NEW TI RALEIGH 753 40TH TDF ANNIVERSARY MODEL" as
a gift to your best friend?

If so, why, if not, why not? Perhaps then we could get to the crux of this bike frame.
