new project - Muddy Fox

very surprised! At last an eBayer thats description undersells!
Picked up a really nice Muddy Fox Courier Comp this morning. Well chuffed.
Not sure how it's going to pan out yet.

Yes it was, I think it was one of those lost in the shed bikes as te seller hadn't ridden it for years!
He said in the listing it was rusty and needed attention but after a quick clean the dust film was removed to reveal a really nice paint job underneath.
I paid £56.13 for it.

Very nice frame, great paintjob indeed. Any idea on the year of this frame?

Very nice - how come I never spot little pearlers like these?
I think that must be a 1989 frame, as its the one that I should have got and was what I thought I had ordered from the shop, but when it arrived at Christmas it was very bright green Im sure the green one was a 1990

Yes, I did a quick catalogue check and it is a '89 model.

It was 'outed' but as it was fairly local to me I thought I'd take a punt.
