New Moulton day (mk3)

I had been looking for a mk3 Moulton for a while to convert to ride to work. This came up the other day and jumped at the opportunity to get it.

It has had a lot of work done including
Front mech hanger brazed on
Rear mech hanger brazed on
Brake bridge brazed on
Rear triangle cold set
Replaced front forks for the better mk2
Removed kickstand fixings
Re tapped BB to standards threading rather than Raleigh

is it an illusion or are the crank arms slightly off?

I like that BIG ring and the fact that it makes a suitably odd package.

Keep looking at APBs with longing but prices are very firm.

Dammit, they are off. I will sort though out this afternoon.
I didn't build the bike, but have rode it 20miles without realizing...

The chainring is 70t!

I wouldn't get an APB. They aren't the best to ride. Either get a TSR and above (I have an AM18) or get a mk1/2/3. I have had 2 TSR's, 1 APB, 1 AM and 1 mk3. I have also ridden a Jubilee and a mk2. The only one I didn't like and sold because of it was a dual drive land rover apb. It is a lump and doesn't ride anything like other Moultons.
