Can anyone ID this Raleigh, it looks like a 93-94 MTI 1000 (Tomac) but the rear dropouts have cutout windows, I don't see any other similar examples found online. Can't seem to find match on the decals either. I think maybe 1996?
Serial # F10283
F on a Raleigh serial number corresponds to 1995. Not sure if it's the same for Raleigh USA. I would say that's about right with the canti post present.
