Thinking of using my '87 Saracen Tuff Trax for winter commute into work.
It current has some very wide Schwalbe Cit Jets that were spare at the time... these are too cumbersome, heavy and slow and not amber walled.
The rims are original Rigida AL 25-32, the rim is about 3cm wide, what is the narrowrest slick MTB tyre I can get away with, or will any thing do?
AND
Can some recommend some traditonal looking mudguards to go on the bike, it will only be used on the road on wet miserable days.
