Was Neken around in the late 90s? I never seen their NK logo look like the NK Concepts on these bars
the graffiti style logo appears to spell "brute" all lowercase?

wasn't Sunn using the name "brute" end of the 90ties as brand name for their components like stems?

I am only really guessing that they could be NEKEN.
They don't do bike or MTB stuff.
They do handle bars for a sorts of things, motorcycle etc.

Check the dust cap -
The logo printed in ink on the pedal could be for the batch for a brand customer.
Patterns cast into the plastic or metal will indicate manufacturer.

In the back of my mind I'm thinking Sunn did a 3 letter logo, but the pedal looks a little cheap for custom branding.
