Mysterious Blue Ano CNC V-Brakes...who made 'em?

These are really cool....wish I know who made them! Is anyone familiar with these? Nothing at bikepro or 'the page de brake obscura' looks similar. The machining style makes me think MRC, but I dunno.....

It's an interesting setup, massive aluminum arms all CNC'd down to about nothing, linear springs secured to the brake boss simply by bolt torque (never seen that before) and adjustable via set screws in the upper arm, titanium bolts and hardware. They appear to be complete.

Control tech for sure. I passed up a set of purple ones recently - really regret it now but I had first dibs but someone convinced me they needed them more. Now had they been turquoise I would not have done so as I would love these. If you ever decide to part with them, let me know.
