Yes, not great quality pic though,. Its a '96 and currently in line for a catalogue re-build.

More parts sourced and tweaked...

To go with the anodised black parts theme my XTR M900 rear mech is fitted with anodised black CNC'd jockey wheels, anodised black mech hanger bolt, anodised black jockey wheel bolts and black titanium gear cable bolt/washer.

I managed to source an insane rare NOS Topline titanium bottom bracket complete with Topline fitting/removal tools

To match the Topline titanium bottom bracket I then sourced NOS anodised black Topline cranks, NOS Real Racing chainrings, NOS SRP anodised black chainring bolts and NOS SRP anodised black crank bolts (ironically will be covered by the crank caps)

Despite having the option of NOS Shimano PD-M737 SPD's I decided to try and source NOS black Onza HO titanium pedals for this build as I always preferred the look of the Onza HO's over Shimano SPD;s, however I always ran Shimano SPD's as they performed 100 times better than the Onza's (still only use Shimano SPD's after 26 years). I swapped the elastomers on the pedals from the OEM clear elastomers to the black elastomers purely for cosmetic reasons.

I never like having hundreds of different brands on my builds so I decided to stick with the Onza parts theme with sourcing NOS anodised black Onza HO canti's sourcing the correct longer front and shorter rear versions (I am hunting for a Venhill titanium bolt kit for these canti's if anyone has a set they're willing to part with). These HO cantis will be run with Shimano XTR brake blocks.

I then sourced some pretty hard to find Onza titanium barends. These were in good condition however the original orange Onza decals were missing and the aluminium clamps were scratched so needed some restoration. The titanium parts of the barends were pretty mint and only required minimal restoration, however to get the scratches out of the aluminium clamps the barends went off to my local metal polisher who did a great job

I will post up some more pics of the barends once I've got Gil to make the repro decals.

Ive also got NOS black Onza Porcipaws for the build as well

As with the themed parts I source a set of NOS 1994 Tioga Carbo carbon bars to tie in with the Tioga Disk Drive Pro. I actually ran the exact same model bars back in the day for a number of years without any issues (yes with barends). Im still undecided whether these will feature on the final build as I do have other options including Kona Race Light titanium bars.

Ive been test fitting parts sourced for this build for sometime so you may have seen a number of pictures that look like the bike is nearing completion, however despite having almost all of the parts now sourced I have got the frame stripped down and cleaned ready for it's final build that'll be done over the next month or so free time pending...

Anodised black Ultimate Machine Co cassette lock-ring. I had the option of a raw titanium version, but I think the black anodised version looks and ties in better with the build

Next up on the parts sourced are tyres...

I had the options of NOS Panaracer Smoke & Dart gum-wall or NOS Panaracer Smoke & Dart black-wall tyres. At the moment I am going with the black-walls to tie in with the build, but the amber-walls are 1/2 lbs lighter
