That was quick.

I've been keeping it close...

So does that bring us closer to a year? I was hoping the frame number would contain some info. What I'm really hoping for is to figure out the tubing... Lovely seat tube flair into the BB shell 8)

hmm, more retro than I imagined, lovely 8) Only on here can you be pleased to find out stuff is older than you imagined...

hmm, I should've guessed that really, but very hungover today (5th anniversary last night)

Possibly August 1990, making it a '91 model year I guess. Looks like it may have been white originally as well...

It's a 1991 frame.

Sorry TP, missed this somehow!
Seems you were ahead of the game.

So, fairly certainly a '91 Lava Dome (or Cinder Cone - I'm thinking they were the same frame?), Tange tubing then? Although I've found this which seems to suggest otherwise :?

Hahana`s were made from plain gauge Kona chromoly and Cinder Cone`s were made from butted Kona light chromoly.

That looks lovely. Question though, you said you have brakes on the way and your not going to run maguras. are the cable guides still there? All i can see are the magura guides.
