Toast must be cut from crusty bread no less than one inch thick :evil:

Anything thinner is melba toast in my book

if you blast stale bread for a few seconds it softens it upa bit.

Toast 4 slices of grannary bread then leave to one side to cool slightly.

Cut slices of mature chedder.

Cover all 4 bits of toast with a good butter,french is fine.

Then spread a little marmite on one side of the toast, lay the cheese on top of brown gloop . Place the other pieces of toast on top.

Stuff down ya gob with a good brew. GET IN!!

Nice to add some sliced tomatoes too.
