Well this arrived the other day as a project for the wife, I think it’s a 96/97 model though am more than likely wrong, it’s in a very sorry state as has spent a many years outside in the elements - don't know how and why people miss treat bikes! I will be stripping it down and getting it spayed in a colour of the wife’s choice once the Klein is finished.

Cherrybomb, Thanks for confiming the year, not too far off, it came via a mate.

Tallpaul, The photo does lie its covered in lots of very fine scratches, had planned to try and Tcut it, the wife's not a fan of the colour though.

Cheers
Matt

It is a cool colour, but the powder coat does suffer from scratches.
I've just had a 17" one (same year) re done in satin black.
That was covered in scratches, I tried to polish them out but it wasn't very successful and I wasn't that keen on the dark blue it was anyway.

If you decide not to use those forks let me know.

Looking at putting some Pace RC36's on, so the F8's maybe available soon.

Do you have anyphotos of your finished frame yet, and what decals have you used?

ive got a 19" the same as that in my shed. but its in a worse state. going to respray it white and singlespeed it. will need something to use to get to the pubs if we get a summer this year????

That is a nice frame, shame you are going to get rid of the slime green. I quite like it.. :(

That does look quite big for a 17".... the headtube gives it away.
