Yep, I definitely remember them. IIRC there some bright fluoro ones although might not have been muddy fox. I think wheel covers were popular for about five minutes so not surprising the OP hadn't come across them. There were big smiley acid house face ones too.

Great condition bike and looks fully original along with completely pointless, but also utterly cool rear disc wheel cover! Very punchy price though, not worth £500 as it’s still pretty low spec with resin coated steel components.

Entirely genuine, I had a cheap copy on my 89 MF, made a cool noise going off kerbs and caused problems with side wind going down the sea front
