So what's the conclusion then? Built by Bromwich or Jim McIlwain or Lee Cooper (both with Bromwich in the past I believe)?

Yeah it would be nice to know the conclusion. I'm not desperately curious enough to start trying to contact Jim or Lee though to solve the mystery right now.
