I need a quill stem wedge thingy for a 1” stem (1 1/8 steerer). Do 11/20 fit the bill please?

A 1 inch stem won't fit into an 1 1/8th steerer tube. You need an inch and an eighth stem ;-)

Good point! I mean a 1” quill /1” steerer. (1 1/8” headset).
