Meet at Arundel train station, we head east on the road for a couple of miles before we get onto the South Downs. Taking in Angmering Park Estate, we then head down to a small tea rooms, to refuel.
Then back across to Arundel

Don't want to think of November just yet... sitting in 20'+ temps in Portugal a day after doing a guided mtb tour with guys over from Marin county listening to tales of Mt. Tamalpais and endless summers
