Hi, its measures 17 inches C-C and just 18 inches C-T..

Its serial number suggests it is a 18 inch frame and in 91 they were available

I am 5ft 11 inches and it fit me ok..

This is now being sold as frameset and parts separately..

I will be stripping it Tuesday and taking pics of everything..

You could grab some bargains
