I honestly dont know as i have never had a set myself. I am guessing that its missing the bushing sleeves and the springs. mounting bolts are simple to find.

I think this is best for someone that already has an SRP brake that needs spare parts or brand new arms. The brake arms look NOS to me.

if you want the brake I will include the silver hangers for ya. just to make it an even better deal, I want this stuff gone.
