Modernish Component Choice Help Required.

Ok think I am sorted for the oily bits.....can any one recommend any good period shox ?

Shortlist so far extends and stops at Pace RC36 mainly because i know i can get parts for them.

Any others I should consider ?

Marzocchi forks of that era are great and parts are still available from the likes of UK Bike Store. Easy to work on too.

I've had two pairs of these and they're excellent. They're stiffer and lighter (by 3/4lb) than Z2s,, and more race oriented. Some parts are still available, and like Marzocchi they see,m to go on and on. THey'll take up to a 210mm disc though, where Pace or Z2s are noodling about with 160...
