Did them yesterday and today.
I lucked out with the HS11 levers - the bodies are made from plastic/resin, so the clamps were easy to spread over the drop bars. I filed of a little from the inside, but they went on quite easily. I had to fit some longer bolts to the clamps though.
The lever blades are made from cast aluminium, so quite soft. A bit of careful bending with a vice and some old bars, and they have an ok drop shape - bit easier to reach.
The hose routing was really easy - they came out of the tops of the levers in exactly the right place, I thought about running them under the bar-tape, but decided not to in the end.
Fitted new hoses, bled the brakes, set 'em up, and fitted some matching blue bar-tape. Looking good methinks
