I want this setup. I have Shimano shifters that are non integrated and a nice set of drop bars. Have you any suggestions for fitting the shifters to the drop bars? I have seen your previous thread showing the clamp on drop bar ends, and I agree with you about the versatility, but they are pricey and let's face it, not very attractive, so I am looking at them as an alternative of last resort. You seem to have solved the problem here. Is the SRAM shifter the vital link? I was thinking of maybe getting the Shimanos machined to fit.
