Just to throw a curve ball..

I'm going to get the latest Nokia, the E7 once the contract on my E71 runs out

http://www.nokia.co.uk/find-products/al ... s/nokia-e7

Always got on with Nokia's, love the free SatNav, GPS tracking when out on a bike, ease of use, design, reliability

E7 has a huge screen HD video, 8Mpix camera, oh and you can make phone calls and do those text thingys with it too (as well as surfing t'web's infinite supply of bongo)

im a SE chap myself big time as my last 5 have been (in fact i still use my w980 and my wife has a w995) but on my last upgrade i got the xperia x10 and while it was a fantastic phone i felt it was trying to do too much!! call quality was poor compared to the 980 and battery life was shockingly poor (as are most smartphones im led to belive by the phone salesman)

so im now going oldschool with phones if it can call and text and take being dropped in 8 inch deep mud now and again thats the one for me

guess how i voted lol

ps i have many fiends with i phones and most have found the screens to be very fragile!!

I happily get 3 days (4 days at a push) out of my Samsung OmniaII and the wife gets even longer out of her Nokia 5800.
Thinking of an Xperia Play for my next phone but I can't go back to only a days worth of use.

Carl.

im a nokia/symbian fan
current phone is SE/symbian so its all good
but for the first time in ten years, symbian isnt the lead OS
its android, sad to say i know
but thats where its at
because google give it away for free, all the developers are flocking to it to make stuff for it

you can get a psx emulator on android 8)
iphone = w*nky gimmicks (never liked them, too far behind in my eyes, but as long as it has the gimmick factor, people by them  )
not sure on windows phone

What the Bejeeeezuz are you all on about?

al. :?

I'd choose the iPhone. I'm looking forward to getting one in the post as just won one on the bay. :D
