Are you seven feet tall Ed? It seems as though your legs must be 9/10" longer than mine and I'm 5-7, so we're up to 6-5 before we get to the rest of you. You don't look out of proportion in photos either.
I'm afraid I don't know the design specs of the frame, but I assume from the look of it that it's around 1996 or 97? In which case I must admit it is surprising that the bb drop was so minimal with the RC36 on 90mm. I often look at builds and think 'crikey, it's a good job I haven't got to ride that' - but the rider thinks it's fine and wouldn't change it.
