£275 with a day to go seems way too cheap for a US Merlin frame plus Fox, XT/XTR, Thomson, hand-built wheels

What's the snag? Head angle looks pretty slack with such a long fork, but so what? You could sell the fork for £plenty.

If anyone goes for this, note that it is against eBay rules for the seller to charge you a fee for paying by PayPal:

The seller also appears to be implying that the frame is covered by a lifetime warranty... but it is only valid for the original purchaser.

I checked 10 minutes ago and the auction was still active, so it's only just been removed. The seller may have got cold feet with the bidding on just £275... or perhaps it's been sold outside of eBay?

only ebay can remove the auction. i guess they did it (as often before) because the seller mentioned that he wants to have the paypal fees reimbursed
