Have you considered splitting as majority of the parts are road bike

I wouldn’t write off the idea of splitting. I would just rather the simplicity selling at a discounted price, then it’s up to the new owner if they want to do that, or not

The OP is only 15 miles from me but I have to say the asking price is "optimistic".....as big a fan as I am of Mercian,,,& the sum of the parts don't stack up.....
