It would be easier (and cheaper) for me to be in UK. Most parts purchased to date are from Hungary and Poland. Pretty hard to find DA 7400 series parts in Canada/US.

interesting you say that as a lot of parts i've seen for sale tend to be the USA, but their insane asking prices and postage/ import charges usually put me off! try dura ace 8 speed - it tends to be more readily available than the 7 speed group. are you putting downtube shifters on it?
