I saw this the other day.

It made me laugh, because I have a similar approach to bike set up. It's not about posing. It is just what I find comfortable.
This is my tourer. Not the most extreme example amongst my bikes, but still a slammed, fairly long, negative stem.

My mother's maiden name was Blythe and i'm also from the North of England. Maybe it's genetic.😀

Looking at the photo it's Genesis not genetic

Nah, long stems are the bizzo. I like that the brifters on the tourer are nicely positioned also. Usually on these pages they're insanely high on the bars. Take the mudguards off and it could be race ready.

I'd give that 10 minutes riding before i would be unable to walk for a week after. Im not sure i can actually tilt my head back that far!😂

Oh to be bendy.!

From a personal perspective bike fit has just been trial and error over the decades and even now I doubt I have two bikes exactly the same save as for saddle height.
My reach guide has just been where my hands naturally fall on the bars. If it is the tops then I think I need a shorter stem etc. if tops, hoods and drops play out without any thought on a ride then height and reach are about right
