I will try and get 1.5 hr tonight, going to try a higher ratio on the On-one 16:36, so that when I go back to 18:36 on the dale I will have a wee lift- make any sense?

Also will have to pull out of the pollock get together this weekend- just remembered my father is coming to stay so I will be house bound

Well i'm back to driving an HGV for a living so it's no excercise at all and a diet of Red Bull and Ginsters pasties for me

Legs are sore this morning, the bigger ratio does make for a harder work out and also did a good bit of short sharp climbs- keep finding wee jumps and runs in the local country park- kids are still doing what you did Kaiser, 20 years on

I'm pretty sure velo has those power grip things and I have a brooks saddle on the MF not sure if it is what you are after and I will need to see if it gets sold but happy to exchange if you are?

Pics of the saddle? If it is what I'm after and you want to swappsie or cash plus the saddle currently on the fixie to replace it with then I will be a happy chappie indeed.
