There’s some interesting things going on with e-bikes and associated technology, I wonder how the drivetrain on this bike below would be if fitted to a MTB?

Well i suppose its the development of the bike, and 10/10 for using a completely different system, but ye gads it aint pretty.
Then you could add in to their bumpf that hydraulic fluid isnt exactly environmentally friendly, and given its also corrosive and possibly under pressure, any leak is going to have it spraying everywhere.

I'd have preferred if they just pushed it on a different concept, rather than diss normal bikes, which are tried and tested in all conditions.

I suppose these days their hydraulic fluid would have to be the most environmentally friendly available or the type of people looking for a high tech e-bike would simply walk away.

Another reason they'd walk away is the weight of the thing... 25Kg/55lbs !!!
No wonder it needs an electric motor....

Waiting on the kitchen floor to dry before I can put everything back in. What better excuse to spend half an hour disappearing down some bike video rabbit holes.

No need for big lights and headtorches, just stick a flare onto a drone for your next night ride.
Pretty spectacular landscape, worth sticking the desktop on for or stream it to your tv.

Next one I thought "I could ride that" and then 3 seconds in swiftly changed my mind.

So Ribble have opened up a new “LBS”, in Lancashire 🙄👊🏻

looks more like a Church to road bikes to me, more bike porn to drool over and stare at. Does anyone still ride their bikes in the real world and get them dirty etc??

Feast yer eyes.....

So now we’re allowed to travel again, where’s everyone riding this weekend?
My money’s on OCP still heading up Benarty

Thinking of heading deep into the Shire on Saturday to Pitfichie, though last weekend there was still a bit of snow and ice on the trails apparently.
Have to say I'm a bit bored of the usual local spots, not that they're bad, but it'll be nice to ride somewhere different for a change!
