Went out my long run and managed to rack up a record amount of schoolboy errors :oops: Firstly went without any water/drink and never bothered before I headed out either. Secondly headed out pretty tired and should have at least started with a plan. Thirdly mistook a slight tailwind as a new epoch of fitness :roll: and decided to press on. Fourthly my 16 mile run was in fact over 18. Fifthly(sp?) didn't take a phone. All in all a cock up. but hey ho I'm home now :D have downed a beer and ordered an Indian :D what doesn't kill you an all that shite :D

good effort kaiser, and I did see his t-shirt jibe, and what is his race number exactly? :wink:

anyone else get out for a spin today and does anyone have a lx brake/7speed shifter as the one on the GT looks like it might be fecked. Also looking for a flat bar, can swap for a club roost riser bars.
