got up this morning took my bike out to work as usual and noticed the tyre on my car was flat. told the wife to leave it for me to change it.
when i got home i took the tyre off and i went white.
i felt sick. i even drove it to long mynd on saturday.
all i can say is someone has been watching over me, the other front tyre is exactly the same.

3points and £1000 fine avoided too! Had there been an accident then a prosecution could have followed too, so very lucky indeed!

i was about to say the same  . i had excactly the same experience last month in the works van. had a feelm of the wheels blindly and slice my finger open on th esteel belt  .

I took the van to quick fit to have them look at the tracking as the fronts were only change about 3 months ago and they said that its just the load we keep in the vans, 'they all wear like that'.

******* quick fit.

That must have handled appallingly. Suprised you didn't sense something wasnt right.
