Has anyone got these shifters on this frame ? the shifters have inbuilt bosses for round tubes but that profile is wrong for the "aero" cross section Down tube , should I take to them with a file ?
I have those STI cable stop units in both flat and round iterations and the Looks tube profile is in between both , I have never seen 821s in any other form .
the STI stops are no longer on the frame if that is what you mean
They do look like the round ones with just a bit of filing on the side.
I have a few bits and pieces in the tool box, I'll have a look after dinner and see if I've got anything similar.
